To manually post the ins. payments, here's what you need to do ..


Go to billing > payments > deposits/ apply > new payor deposit. Enter the ins. name, check# and the check amount  and hit 'add deposits'. Then you will be redirected to deposits/ apply page. Select your deposit and hit 'apply' and find the patient and the DOS and hit 'show' and enter what you see in the EOB. Hit 'apply' once done. Do not hit the back button of the browser, instead, hit 'back to deposits' link at the center- top of the page.
